Christmas fishing in Puerto Vallarta could not be any better. The offshore fishing is holding strong with sailfish and mahi mahi. The marlin fishing has slowed down but there are a few out there for the boats that fish for them. Just out by the islands the roosterfish,spanish mackerel,snapper are showing up in good numbers. The water temp is now around 74 with a lot of sardines.
