Report:
We fished from Asbury to Long Branch. The drift was slow as was the fishing most of the day. We were using 4 ounce Spro’s with 6 inch Gulp swimming mullets as teasers. We managed to boat a few junk fish and both short and legal fluke. The biggest fluke was 28.5 inches long and weighed in at 8.5 pounds. Nice day on the water, for a change we weren’t baking under a hot sun.
