PM trip w/ a light crowd. 3 of 4 AH PB's got out, all travelling light. Started near the Bug Light w/ glassy calm. Incoming tidal current moved us very slowly. Ideal conditions for casting a 3/4-oz jighead w/ Gulp. I got 4 shorts and had a missed bluefish strike. Since others also had bluefish strikes, I tried throwing metal -- one brief taker. Later, we moved to the Knoll where there was, as expected, much more current. I managed my only keeper on Gulp on a trailer hook. Finished the day W of the No 1 can, but the action was very slow w/ wind against tide.
