Submitted by Jim Balicki (ip 98.221.8.167)

  • Fished on 6/9/2017

  • Report received: 6/9/2017

Water Temperature: ?
Water Clarity: Ok
Seas: Choppy on incoming tide, light chop on outgoing tide
Weather: Sunny, gusty W wind, shifting to NW.
Fishing_for: Fluke
Boat: SS Rent-A-Tub (rental)
captain: Cliff

Report:
Fished both incoming tide, wind against, and outgoing, wind with. Slow pick, some very long drifts only produced 1 or 2 fish, others somewhat better. Fish felt cold. Using Gulp, we landed 24 fluke. A few just short, 2 actual keepers, 1 of which was released. Gulp on a jighead produced the most, but some on trailer or teaser hooks. Mostly the drift was relatively fast, even w/ a drift sock.
