SUBJECT: # 39971: Older Curados

Submitted by CCGaffer (69.138.101.131) from FLORIDA on 1/31/2008 12:31:00 PM

Do any of you still use the older green Curados? I would hate to buy new ones if these are still useful for inshore salt. Comments please. THX, CCGaffer

...treat them well and service them every season, no reason they won't serve you well. Replace the bearings with ABEC 7's, clean and oil them twice a year and keep the gears lubed and you should be fine.

Best bet would be to buy the DVD from Connie and Tommy at Lake Fork Tackle Repair at:

    Ms. Connie is he best!

Use mine in salt and fresh.
