SUBJECT: # 40040: Melamine foam for cleaning decks

Submitted by John-Helena #10343 from ALABAMA on 9/30/2008 10:26:00 PM

I was cleaning my center console in the driveway and was frustrated that I could not get the grime off the deck. My wife said I should try this foam block called "Magic Eraser." We actually had a Wal-Mart knock-off version. It was incredible. My boat deck, and interior walls look brand new. I highly recommend using this on your next clean up. It is really called "Melamine foam" and has been around for years. I have not heard on anyone else using on fiberglass decks.
