expect to catch a ton of whiting. Plus a fair amount of pompano (on jigs or sandfleas), some trout, spanish, flounder, ladyfish, small sharks, hardhead catfish and an occasional redfish. definately try the pass as the current is swifter there and fishing and is usually pretty good. For previous fishing reports for the time period your looking at, go to www.cyberangler.com and see what the captains that fish that area have said. you can get a good idea of what to expect.

We are going to try and catch some shrimp to either use as bait or hopefully for eating. Do you know anything about that and how we might go about it?
