SUBJECT: # 9320: Inlet Beach FL surf fishing

I am heading to Inlet Beach, just east of Rosemary Beach the week of July 26. I'm a novice surf fisher, and will have the opportunity to fish both in the gulf and in Phillips Inlet, which I have read is a mix of salt and fresh water from Powell Lake.

Does anyone have any insight on the kinds of fish I might have luck with during this time of year?
