i live down in murells inlet. its been blowing northeast of varying intensitys for the past 7 days.sub-tropical storm gustof is expected to bring us some pretty big swells but move north of the area.the mullet are heading south big time! we've had school after school heading thru.most of them are perfect size for king bait.i took my father out to the 3 mile reef over labor day weekend. we caught 3 kings and about 20 LARGE spanish. the largest king was 33 lbs .that was the largest he's caught in quite a while.hope i helped.
