SUBJECT: # 39453: Penn Powergraph?

Submitted by Jamie (209.192.22.106) from ALABAMA on 3/28/2005 6:41:00 PM

Never owned one, but was interested in buying one for inshore use. I have only owned the Z series. Can anyone recommend these, or have comments on them? Are they as corrosion resistant as the other Penn products? Thanks!

If you fish a lot (as I do) spend a little more for a SS series. If you are a casual fisherman the Powergraph will be OK/ I have a smaller Powergraph and it is just not as tough as an ss.

I have a Powergraph 1500 that I use inshore; it's held up very well. Not quite as smooth as the SS series, but much more affordable for the occasional angler.
