SUBJECT: Minn Kota Rip Tide Pro, 101, 36 volt HELP!

I am in the market for a bow mounted trolling motor for a Triton 240 LTS. So far the Minn Kota, (62" shaft) seems to be what I want. Pro's, con's. Good , bad? Thanks in advance.
