SUBJECT: Trailer Glyde Sliks

Does anyone have experience with Trailer Glyde Sliks. My concern is whether they could damage the finish on the bottom of a boat. I have a Sundance Skiff 17' with a 50 Yamaha and it is hard to get on and off the trailer with the motor. If I put the trailer in deeper it is hard to drive on and off.
