SUBJECT: # 24228: 1976 wellcraft step v hull

just rebuilt transom , did it differently though , boat is built in three pieces hull inner liner and cap.removed cap on both sides of transom , peeled out both pieces of plywood , then i incapsulated 1 piece of 1/4 pce of ply in 24 ou mat laid it in then 2nd pce of 3/4 ply encapsulated hammered it in epoxy was starting to set this was done between the inner liner and outer liner hardenned like rock , but i will never do it again!!!!! 1 question the thru transom scuppers , rubber inserts , are rotting anyone know where ican get rubber replacements???????????? thanks in advance

    I have a wellcraft v-20 as well that I am restoring......for the rubber scuppers, go to a west marine store and they sell em'...or go online to their website...they are like four bucks a piece. -- Happy hunting
