SUBJECT: # 25746: Weight of a Johnson 150hp and tandum trailer?

Submitted by Tomm (209.240.198.63) from FLORIDA on 7/15/03 10:37:00 PM

Trying to figure out the weight of my rig I have a 1600 lb boat but don't know the weight of the engine 1999 Johnson Ocean Pro 150 and a performance tandum trailer. Thankyou for any informative replies. Tomm

Really, best way (harhar, excuse me;) to find your boat/trailer weights is go to a scales (truck, grain elevator, etc) to get total weight, dump off the boat to tie up a little bit, returning to weigh empty trailer. Weigh each time with trailer uncoupled from truck and jack on scale. If your vehicle registration for the trailer may have it listed if like ours here, eliminating need to weigh twice.
