SUBJECT: # 27332: Best manual to get

Hi Folks,

I have a 70 HP Evinrude and I was wondering what the best shop manual was to get for fixing/maintaining it. I have one for my 6 Hp, but is covers alot of engines without much detail. I may need to go deep on the 70.

   Or maybe that's BMC now. I have the Seloc manual that covers that motor; the information is good, but as you noticed with your 6hp manual, it's too hard to follow with all of the other models it covers. The OMC manual for my V4 has lots better electrical diagrams and troubleshooting procedures.
