SUBJECT: # 27826: Cat Hull?

I've asked this on several forums but no one seems to be able to answer. I found this boat photo but not sure if it's a cat hull or not. Look at the front, it sure does look like it but in the photo of the back i have no idea what you call that sure its not a tunnel right or is it?
