SUBJECT: # 9645: converting from auto choke to manual 79 stamas twin 305's

I have a 79 stamas with twin 305's is it hard to convert them over to manual chocke

    Why after all these years would you want do step back in time even further? You don't really need to answer that.

    Not knowing the reasons for the desired change, I would probably recommend that you replace them with new auto chokes. I have twins in a 1977 boat and they still work just fine.
